Installing Office Printers
To install a printer in a specific office, do the following while you are either plugged into the network with a docking station or network cable or connected to the ForgenInternal Wi-Fi.
- Click the start button on your laptop then type one of the following below based on the office’s printer you want to install and hit enter.
\\COPS1 (for Centennial)
\\CADC1 (for Rocklin)
2. When the window opens, double-click on the printer you want to install.
3. For Houston, Denton, West Palm Beach and A2 add a printer creating a TCP/IP port using the following IP addresses and drivers.
Denton Xerox: 192.168.1.65
Denton Plotter: 192.168.1.21
Houston Xerox: 192.168.7.28
W. Palm Xerox: 192.168.2.36
A2 Xerox: 192.168.8.7
Air Products: 192.168.4.20
L5 Project: 192.168.9.30
For the drivers click on the following link and download the V3 Xerox Global Print Driver PostScript. If necessary, point the drivers to the download when prompted.
